Cancellation of Order before Dispatch
The Company (Starmark Consultant) which operates and manages DealPanti.Com hereby informs User (Customer/Partner/Associate/Buyer/Brand/Affiliate) that User's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Company's acceptance of User's order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Company's offer to sell. The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of User's order to accept or decline User's order for any reason. The Company further reserves the right any time after receipt of User's order, after prior notice to User, to supply less than the quantity User ordered of any item. User's order will be deemed accepted by the Company upon shipment of products or performance of services that User has ordered as indicated by the Company's servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to User upon delivery to the common carrier. The Company may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and User's credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If User's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, the Company may issue a credit to Customer/User's account with DealPanti.Com after proper verification and the adjusted amount after any deductions will be available in the e-Wallet of the Customer’s account with DealPanti.Com. The amount will be notified via email by the financial point of contact at DealPanti.Com, only after the approval from the Company’s (Starmark Consultant) owner.
User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a ‘Return’ or ‘Cancel’ request with DealPanti’s Customer Care No. +91 905 113 6681 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
‘Return’ or ‘Cancel’ Order can be placed anytime after booking of order but before status of order changes into "Order Shipped" on the Website or available in the User’s control panel or in the Account dashboard.
All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User before delivery of Product to User will be subject to deduction of Five Percent (5%) of the Product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to User. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order before delivery of Product.
Cancellation Policy for Partnered Stores i.e. Offline Pick Up Service
The order for purchase of the Products placed by the User using the Store Pick up Service can be cancelled by the User at the Store on approval by the Store manager on the sole condition that the User makes a fresh purchase at the Store or an equivalent or higher amount. Further, the amount paid by the User for the cancelled order will be adjusted with the User’s purchase after deduction of Ten Percent (10%) Cancellation fee with a provision for a Credit Note (not cash) provided to the User if they wish to purchase later from any of DealPanti’s partnered Offline stores against the Credit Note which will be valid for a period of 30 days.
Return Policy for Online Purchase of Products after Dispatch (Only in case of defective, damaged and wrong product shipped. Exceptions may be considered only at DealPanti’s sole discretion.)
All Products purchased from the Website enjoy seven (7) days Returns & Cancellation policy. Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within seven (7) days of delivery of the same to User by placing a ‘Returns’ or ‘Cancel’ request by logging a call with DealPanti’s Customer Care No. +91 905 113 6681 or sending an email to email@example.com.
Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is damaged, defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.
The Customer/User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner. Such matters can be reported to DealPanti’s Customer Care Cell.
In the event if Customer/User, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered, Customer/User shall immediately intimate the Company’s Customer Care Cell about such damage and/or defect and/or difference and the Company may arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product (may or may not apply for shipping charges), if any, collected by the Company in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective Product. For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of a Refund or Exchange shall apply as given herein.
In case of Cancellation (Return / Replacement) of order after delivery of the Product to User, the Company will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned. At the time of pickup the User will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by the Company’s Logistic Partner. User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.
All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the Product in case of cancellation of order of the Product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.
Exchange / Replacement after Dispatch of Products (Only in case of defective, damaged and wrong product shipped. Exceptions may be considered only at DealPanti’s sole discretion.)
In case the Product is found having certain defect(s) immediately after delivery of the same, User can request for exchange/ replacement of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product (which do not require any demo/installation) or five (5)days from date of demo/installation (if manufacturing/working defect is discovered at the time of demo/installation for those Products which require demo/installation), by placing 'Exchange'/ 'Replacement Request' on the Website or by registering a call on Company’s Customer Care No. +91 905 113 6681 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In case any free item delivered to User is found defective then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the Free Item only and the main Product shall not be replaced.
In case User decides to get replacement of the Product due to certain defect in the Product as provided above, then either the Company will arrange pick up of the Product to be exchanged/replaced or the Customer/User will send back the product after getting a ‘Return Code’ from our Customer Care Cell by calling on +91 905 113 6681 or sending an email to email@example.com. Customer/ User agrees to assist and cooperate to return the Product with all its accessories, freebies, original packing materials and such declaration duly signed by User as may be suggested by Customer Care Cell of DealPanti.Com while registering for return/replacement as mentioned. Product returned without a Return/Cancellation code generated by the Customer Care Cell will be considered Void and Customer/User will not be eligible for refund, exchange or cancellation of the product(s) or service(s).
Subject to the provisions as set out here in above, Customer/User hereby agrees and understands that he/she cannot return any Products purchased on the Website at any of the Partnered local/physical store of DealPanti.Com. Products can be returned by Customer/User only by registering or lodging a 'Return' request' by calling up the Customer Care Cell or sending an email as stated above.
In case of any defect arising after delivery of the Product or after demo/installation of the Product, purchased either from online store DealPanti.Com or from any of the registered/authorized local/Physical shops, as the case may be, such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand/registered local partnered shops in accordance with respective manufacturer’s/seller’s/distributor’s warranty terms.
In case Customer/User opts for replacement of the Product due to any defect at the time of delivery or demo/installation of the Product, Customer/User will have to ensure that the Product is returned in undamaged and saleable condition with no damage to the tags, invoice, warranty seal, the likes, including all accessories, product box or casing and manuals. There should be no signs of external damage on the packaging, including the original carton.
For Local/Physical Stores or Partners selling items of DealPanti.Com may be contacted directly for purchase, returns, cancellation, delivery, installation, demo and all other queries which will be assisted by them and not a matter of concern for DealPanti.Com. Online Purchase, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) - Order Cancellations/Replacement
If you want to return or cancel the order, please do so by calling our Customer Care Cell number or sending an email to email@example.com or when our executive calls you up for the order verification or call after a return request is placed and return code generated. Once an order is delivered it cannot be returned/cancelled in case of any (defect/damage in transit/what you see is what you do not get) it could only be replaced.
We would only be cancelling an order, putting it on hold until next availability or processing a refund (minus any charges applicable), only in case we run out of stock or in the case of a disputed item or a discontinued item. Such instances occur as the website may not be instantly updated upon availing the news and it is understood by the Users/Customers to co-operate in such scenarios so we at DealPanti.Com can offer the best possible solution to our Customers/Users.
All eligible refunds for 'Cash on Delivery' transactions or for Online Purchase, which will be processed within the next 15 days from the confirmation of the same via email or phone call from DealPanti.Com authorized finance point of contact and only then credited to the e-Wallet for the account registered on the DealPanti.Com and which was used by the Customer for placing the Order. Amount to be credited will be at the discretion of Financial Point of Contact at DealPanti.com and after deducting any taxes, shipping costs, others, as applicable.
Customer/User may use the available e-Wallet amount to shop for other items and this amount will be available in their account for the next 6 months or 180 days from the moment the amount is credited. DealPanti.Com finance point of contact upon the approval of the Company's owner may issue a check or credit to their bank account via net banking if the e-Wallet amount exceeds INR 10,000 and at the sole discretion of the Company's owner.
The Customer/User will be bound by the Returns & Cancellation policy of the Company and shall not hold the Company liable for any loss that he/she may incur due to cancellation of the order. The Customer/User will hold no grudge and their actions; statements must be harmless to Starmark Consultant’s Owner, directors, partners, investors, associates, partners, brands, channel partners, affiliates, other customers, etc. Company may choose to take appropriate legal action against Customer/User, Partners, Brands, Affiliates, etc if they do not comply.
No Warranty for Freebies
Free gifts given with any of the Product purchased from the Website or Associate Partners/Distributors or Local Stores will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.
It is expressly provided that if any Products are not available with the Company for an exchange, the money may be refunded to the User in accordance with the Refund Policy of the Company as set out herein.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these polices for Returns & Cancellation at any time. You will be subject to the Returns & Cancellation in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us or our associated partners; brands; third party sellers and associates, unless any change to those policies or these; is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining policies listed.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These policies for Returns & Cancellation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and in the state of West Bengal. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Your statutory rights may/may not be affected by these policies listed.
